What is collected on this site, why, who sees it, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed. It is short because very little is collected.
What is collected
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your email, your organisation if you choose to give it, and your message. Nothing is gathered in the background. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no analytics that identify you personally.
Why it is collected
So that Marisa can reply to you, and so the Resilience Report can be sent if that is what you asked for. Your details are not added to a mailing list you did not ask to join, and you will not receive marketing you did not request.
Who sees it
Marisa. An email provider carries the message on our behalf and holds it only for that purpose. If you start the Resilience Report, that report is delivered by resilience.report, so completing the form takes you to their site and they receive your name and email in order to send it. Nobody else receives your details.
How long it is kept
For as long as the conversation is live, and for twenty four months afterwards, then deleted. If you ask for it to be deleted sooner, it will be.
What never happens
- Your details are never sold.
- They are never shared for advertising or profiling.
- They are never passed to anyone beyond the parties named above.
What is held on your device
If you start a form and do not finish it, your first name is stored in your own browser so the page can offer to pick up where you left off. It stays on your device, it is never transmitted, and clearing your browser data removes it. A single marker is also stored so that the invitation to book a call is shown only once. It contains no personal information.
Your rights
You can ask to see what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Reply to any message from Marisa, or send the request through the contact form. Requests are answered within thirty days.
Who is responsible
Wonder Dust Trading Co., Ltd, Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok, trading as Marisa Chuawiwat, is the data controller for this site. This notice is written to meet the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation, whichever applies to you.
