For teams,
boardrooms,
and
the stages between them.

The room already knows

The room
already knows.

Walk into most corporate workshops and you will find a group of intelligent adults being taught something they largely already understand, by someone who has never done their job.

That is not what I do.

I design and facilitate sessions for leadership teams who are ready to have the conversation they have been avoiding.

Sometimes that means a framework.

More often it means someone in the room who is not afraid of the silence after a hard question.

I have delivered across fifteen countries for organisations including ExxonMobil, JPMorgan, Unilever, Procter and Gamble, Colgate-Palmolive, Standard Chartered, 3M, Nissan, Glico, PepsiCo, and Tesco Lotus. In English and in Thai.

The room already knows.
It simply needs permission to say it.

How it is delivered

Cross-cultural leadership training in Thailand and across the region

Built for the room, not from a shelf

Every session is designed against what the team is actually dealing with. The same cross-cultural leadership programme delivered in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and South Korea had to change each time, because the thing getting in the way was different each time.

Formats run from a half day keynote to a multi-module programme over several months.

English, Thai, or both in the same room

Marisa facilitates natively in both languages. In a mixed room that matters more than it sounds: the Thai participants stop performing in their second language, and the foreign participants hear what is being said rather than a summary of it.

Materials can be produced in either language, or bilingually.

Where it is delivered

Bangkok most often, and across Asia Pacific on request. Fifteen countries so far, for organisations including ExxonMobil, JPMorgan, Unilever and Colgate-Palmolive.

For distributed teams, programmes can run online in shorter modules rather than compressed into a single day that nobody retains.

Formats

Every room is different.

Different people. Different needs.
Different moments. Here is how we work together.

01

Keynotes

Forty-five to sixty minutes. Conference, all hands, or leadership offsite. Delivered in English or Thai. Never the same talk twice, because the room is never the same room.

02

Workshops

Half day or full day. Eight to forty participants. Designed around your specific situation rather than pulled off a shelf.

03

Panels and
Facilitation

Offsites, leadership retreats, and moderated discussion. Facilitated with the same care as a coaching session, because that is, in the end, exactly what it is.

04

Programmes

Multi-module engagements running over months or years, where the goal is capability that stays in the organisation after I leave.

Before you get in touch

Questions people ask

What is the difference between executive coaching and life coaching?

Executive coaching is about how you lead: the decisions in front of you, the relationships around them, and the way you show up in the room. It is bounded by your working life, and the measure of it is what changes at work. Life coaching is broader and not what Marisa does.

What actually happens on a discovery call?

Thirty minutes, no obligation, no pitch and no pressure to continue. You describe what is going on, Marisa asks questions, and between you decide whether this is the right work with the right person at the right time. If it is not, she will say so.

Do you work in Thai as well as English?

Yes. Marisa is natively bilingual in English and Thai, and delivers coaching, workshops and keynotes in either. She has worked across fifteen countries, so sessions are often mixed-language and mixed-culture by design.

Who is this for?

Board directors, CEOs and senior leaders, and the teams around them. Marisa has worked with leaders at organisations including ExxonMobil, JPMorgan, Unilever and Colgate-Palmolive. If you are earlier in your leadership than that, the workshops are usually the better entry point.

How long does an engagement run?

Coaching is monthly and ongoing rather than a fixed course, with three ways to work together depending on how much contact you want. Workshops range from a half day to multi-module programmes running over months. Scope and investment are agreed on the call, in writing, before anything begins.
