What this site is
This site describes the executive coaching, facilitation and intercultural consulting work of Marisa Chuawiwat, trading through Wonder Dust Trading Co., Ltd, Bangkok. It is an introduction to that work, not an offer of contract. Scope, timing and investment are agreed in writing before any engagement begins.
Enquiries and calls
Sending a message or booking a discovery call places no obligation on you and none on Marisa. A discovery call is a conversation to establish whether the work is a fit. It is not coaching, and nothing said in it should be treated as advice you can rely on.
Nothing here is advice
The writing on this site, including the Resilience Report and anything in the resources section, is general in nature. It is not legal, financial, medical or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for professional help. Coaching is not therapy. If you need clinical support, please speak to a qualified practitioner.
Confidentiality
Client work is confidential. Where clients are named on this site or their marks appear, it is with permission. Testimonials are published with the client's approval and attributed only as they have agreed.
Ownership
The text, photography, identity and frameworks on this site belong to Marisa Chuawiwat unless credited otherwise. Established models that appear in her work are attributed to their authors. You are welcome to quote short passages with attribution and a link. Please do not reproduce the material wholesale or use it to deliver your own programmes.
Third parties
Some links leave this site, including the Resilience Report, which is delivered by resilience.report. Once you follow a link, that organisation's own terms and privacy notice apply.
Availability and change
The site is provided as it is. It may be unavailable from time to time, and the content, including these terms, may change. The date below shows when this version was published.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
